Although elBulli closed its doors on 30 July 2011, it never ceased to remain alive.

The closure of elBulli as a restaurant marked the beginning of a new and exciting stage: it is filled with projects that have given, and continue to give, meaning to elBullifoundation’s mission. We will show you some of them in the final leg of the visit, which is dedicated to elBulliDNA.
