Beginnings of the creative process map

Through extensive research, Ferran Adrià and the elBullifoundation team have developed a conceptual map of the creative process applied to cooking.
As shown in this selection of maps and schematic diagrams, chosen from among the more than 1,000 that were produced, processes from other disciplines were also analysed, leading to very interesting reflections on the similarities and differences between the different creative profiles.
This complexity becomes valuable when interdisciplinary relationships are part of the DNA of a team, which was always the case at elBullirestaurante.
This installation welcomes you to a new space in which the most important milestones of elBulli’s impact are displayed, thanks to the many interdisciplinary relationships established in many of its projects over the years.
