This is a flexible and dynamic research methodology designed to <strong>connect knowledge from all relevant fields of study with the objective of gaining a fully holistic understanding of a particular object of study<\/strong>, which in our case is the gastronomic restaurant sector in the West.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-banner-1cYrzF align  wp-block-lazyblock-banner\">  <div class=\"banner\">\n    <h2 class=\"text-family-1 text-color-black\"><strong>Sapiens Methodology<\/strong><\/h2>\n    <p class=\"textbase-3 margin-0\"><p>Sapiens is a research methodology developed by elBullifoundation that follows a holistic and systemic approach, grounded in the belief that all knowledge is interconnected. It is based on systems theory and systemic thinking, taking a historical perspective of a chosen field of study.<\/p>\n<p>Like any research methodology, Sapiens is a tool that can be applied to any given field of study. Its aim is to connect knowledge from diverse disciplines and so lead to a better understanding of the particular sphere of study.
