Aquest cap\u00edtol aprofundeix en ells, la seva elaboraci\u00f3, els seus estils i el seu sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, encara que la classificaci\u00f3 de la OIV \u00e9s prou gen\u00e8rica per a no oblidar gaireb\u00e9 cap elaboraci\u00f3 especial, proposem una nova manera de classificar aquesta categoria tan heterog\u00e8nia amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;evitar la confusi\u00f3 que moltes vegades generen alguns vins especials.
