Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s fonamental comprendre al  bartender com a \u00e9sser hum\u00e0 i descobrir quin paper exerceixen els elements b\u00e0sics del seu ser: el seu cos, ment i esperit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El bartender pren decisions sobre la base dels seus processos i operacions cognitives, com con\u00e8ixer, comprendre i aprendre, a partir dels quals adquireix una s\u00e8rie de capacitats que, juntament amb altres elements essencials, ho definiran professionalment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
