En primer lloc, farem una an\u00e0lisi de les esp\u00e8cies d&#8217;<em>Homo<\/em> que van cuinar a la Prehist\u00f2ria i de les antigues civilitzacions d&#8217;Occident i la Mediterr\u00e0nia.
