Per a aix\u00f2, realitzarem una divisi\u00f3 en dos grans blocs.<\/p>\n<p>La primera part estar\u00e0 dedicada als conceptes m\u00e9s generals, aplicables a tots els productes no elaborats, on ens trobarem, de partida, amb la diferenciaci\u00f3 entre els \u00e9ssers vius i els materials inorg\u00e0nics; cadascun d&#8217;aquests grups contindr\u00e0 un conjunt de mons en els quals s&#8217;inclouran els productes amb unes caracter\u00edstiques comunes. Aquest criteri es desenvolupar\u00e0 a partir de la classificaci\u00f3 dels regnes dels \u00e9ssers vius, per a aix\u00f2 farem una adaptaci\u00f3 lliure, sense rigorositat cient\u00edfica, que resultar\u00e0 en un model m\u00e9s simplificat i comprensible.<\/p>\n<p>Els mons tenen diverses subclassificacions. D&#8217;una banda, l&#8217;h\u00e0bitat i\/o el context que permet delimitar l&#8217;entorn f\u00edsic en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupa cada producte i, per un altre, la domesticaci\u00f3, que concreta si es tracta d&#8217;una esp\u00e8cie silvestre o conreada, o salvatge o criada. Per a finalitzar aquest bloc, definirem el concepte de nivells morfol\u00f2gics i el conjunt de nivells que pot arribar a tenir un producte, la qual cosa constitueix la part m\u00e9s significativa i l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s especial de la taxonomia.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns criteris no han estat senzills de contextualitzar per a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit gastron\u00f2mic i tota la diversitat de productes. Amb la finalitat de facilitar la seva comprensi\u00f3, s&#8217;han incl\u00f2s una s\u00e8rie de reflexions annexes per a explicar, per exemple, la rellev\u00e0ncia de la domesticaci\u00f3 sobre les caracter\u00edstiques del producte o per a fer un estudi m\u00e9s detallat de l&#8217;anatomia d&#8217;uns certs organismes i saber aix\u00ed com s&#8217;ha adaptat el criteri dels nivells morfol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p>En el segon bloc d&#8217;aquest cap\u00edtol, m\u00e9s concret i espec\u00edfic, descriurem de manera detallada i individual cadascun dels sis mons que conformen la taxonomia, comen\u00e7ant pel de les plantes i acabant pel de les aig\u00fces, i desgranarem la informaci\u00f3 relativa a cadascun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comprendre com funciona la taxonomia dels productes no elaborats En aquest cap\u00edtol explicarem l&#8217;estructura d&#8217;aquesta taxonomia i el significat de cadascun dels criteris taxon\u00f2mics que s&#8217;inclouen en ella.
