En primer lloc, com introducci\u00f3, dedicarem una atenci\u00f3 especial als productes essencials per al bartender en el moment d&#8217;elaborar c\u00f2ctels. Li seguir\u00e0 una an\u00e0lisi de les grans fam\u00edlies en les quals s&#8217;estructuren els PE segons la taxonomia proposada des de l&#8217;enfocament de la cocteleria com a disciplina especialista. I, per a acabar, oferirem unes seccions especials centrades en sis productes m\u00e0gics que, juntament amb els PE l\u00edquids amb \u00fas de beguda, formen el que hem vingut a denominar el <em>Grand Slam<\/em> dels productes en cocteleria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els PE L\u00edquids en la cocteleria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els diferenciarem, al seu torn, pel criteri classificatori que s&#8217;estableix com a segon pilar de la taxonomia dels PE: el seu \u00fas preferent com a beguda o com a menjar. Per als primers, i donada la seva import\u00e0ncia determinant en el marc dels recursos essencials del bartender per a elaborar c\u00f2ctels, desenvoluparem els criteris essencials que ens permetin classificar-los i empla\u00e7arem al lector a acudir al volum V del Sapiens dels c\u00f2ctels, que estar\u00e0 dedicat exclusivament a ells per a comprendre&#8217;ls millor i en major profunditat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els PE S\u00f2lids en la cocteleria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s essencial posar en context aquesta fam\u00edlia de PE dins de la cocteleria com a disciplina, on tenen un menor protagonisme si parlem de cocteleria cl\u00e0ssica, el nostre principal enfocament. Per\u00f2, aix\u00ed i tot, \u00e9s imprescindible aprofundir en ells per a comprendre la seva riquesa i complexitat, que donar\u00e0 pas a elaboracions amb \u00fas de menjar (el m\u00e9s normal) o beguda (com en el cas del caf\u00e8).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els PE gasosos en la cocteleria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finalment, dedicarem un apartat als PE que presenten l&#8217;estat de la mat\u00e8ria gas\u00f3s i ofereixen al bartender la possibilitat de realitzar elaboracions gasificades.<\/p>\n<p>Per a tots ells, presentarem, a m\u00e9s, una s\u00e8rie de fitxes de productes com a exemple d&#8217;una eina excel\u00b7lent que aplica les classificacions per a comprendre&#8217;ls millor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELS SIS PRODUCTES M\u00c0GICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per a tancar aquest tercer volum, dedicarem unes seccions especials a aprofundir en els PE essencials per a la cocteleria, introdu\u00efts a l&#8217;inici del cap\u00edtol i que segueixen als PE l\u00edquids amb \u00fas de beguda en el r\u00e0nquing de protagonisme i import\u00e0ncia com a recurs per al bartender, en tant que tots ells sustenten l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de la cocteleria cl\u00e0ssica com a especialitat.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de l&#8217;aigua, el gel, el sucre, la llet i els seus derivats, l&#8217;ou i la sal, tots ells productes clau que mereixen tenir uns cap\u00edtols monogr\u00e0fics per a comprendre&#8217;ls en profunditat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest volum de la Bullipedia dedica la seva part final a quatre grans blocs per a entrar en profunditat en els PE comestibles essencials de la disciplina de la cocteleria.
