Des de les utilitzades per a refredar fins al tecnol\u00f2gic Coravin, que ha canviat la manera de servir el vi per copes a tot el m\u00f3n, passant pel senzill per\u00f2 funcional lit\u00f3, l&#8217;ergon\u00f2mic llevataps i la safata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cristalleria en forma de copes de tast i decantadors tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un element primordial per a la rutina del sommelier. No ha d&#8217;oblidar-se tampoc la cistella, l&#8217;embut i la vela que apareixen en escena en el moment de la decantaci\u00f3. Dins de la sala, la figura del sommelier \u00e9s f\u00e0cilment recognoscible gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;uniforme, un altre element en constant evoluci\u00f3 dins del restaurant.
