L&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 cuina per a alimentar-se per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 per a degustar, per l&#8217;hedonisme i per a buscar plaer a trav\u00e9s del menjar i la beguda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com hem vist, el producte no elaborat \u00e9s un recurs del restaurant gastron\u00f2mic per a obtenir un resultat, al qual anomenem oferta gastron\u00f2mica del restaurant, en aquest cas de menjar i beguda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Sapiens entenem les elaboracions com el resultat que obtenim de cuinar un producte (un o diversos d&#8217;ells).
