Quins s\u00f3n els primers passos que cal donar en un pla de M\u00e0rqueting? Com s&#8217;ha de definir el producte sobre el qual es vol treballar? Quines accions i t\u00e0ctiques afavoreixen la seva promoci\u00f3 i venda?
