The gastronomic context will be provided by F. G. Dumas with his Almanach des Gourmands, while temperance movements and Prohibition marks the drinking experience in North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We conclude the book by talking about the globalisation of high quality products thanks to the Judgment of Paris.
