Existen muchas maneras de elaborar vinos; unas bodegas apuestan por ser poco intervencionistas, otras se valen de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas, aditivos y coadyuvantes para elaborar vinos de gran calidad. Algunas de estas t\u00e9cnicas se aplican durante todo el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del vino, de principio a fin: la rectificaci\u00f3n (\u00f3smosis inversa, desalcoholizaci\u00f3n, adici\u00f3n de taninos, uso de enzimas para revelar aromas), el sulfitado o el uso de gases inertes.
