Tomando, adem\u00e1s, como ayuda distintos trabajos realizados por el equipo de elBullifoundation en este gran proyecto llamado la Bullipedia, estableceremos una visi\u00f3n hol\u00edstica del mundo del c\u00f3ctel, planteando cuestiones que permiten establecer qu\u00e9 es exactamente un c\u00f3ctel como elaboraci\u00f3n que se degusta, c\u00f3mo se llega a \u00e9l y cu\u00e1les son sus caracter\u00edsticas esenciales y los niveles de complejidad que lo definen en el marco de la oferta de una cocteler\u00eda u otro establecimiento donde pueda tener un cierto protagonismo.
