En primer lugar, pondremos en contexto el concepto para comprender que los PE son, en definitiva, elaboraciones que realiza la industria alimentaria y de las bebidas, y las compararemos con las propias que realiza un bartender en una cocteler\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Posteriormente, y despu\u00e9s de una breve pincelada sobre su origen y evoluci\u00f3n, propondremos un estudio sobre los principales criterios que permiten clasificar los PE desde el enfoque de la cocteler\u00eda, analizando as\u00ed cu\u00e1l es su valor para el bartender que los utiliza al elaborar o crear sus recetas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Por \u00faltimo, estableceremos una taxonom\u00eda que nos permita estructurar correctamente todos los PE en base a los criterios esenciales que los diferencien en distintas agrupaciones b\u00e1sicas que conduzcan a una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de sus caracter\u00edsticas, empezando por su estado de la materia y siguiendo por su uso habitual como bebida o comida, su contenido o no en alcohol, as\u00ed como el PNE principal del que provienen y la t\u00e9cnica de elaboraci\u00f3n definitoria aplicada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En este cap\u00edtulo nos centraremos en los productos elaborados, cuyas siglas ser\u00e1n PE.
