This installation displays, in chronological order, all the kitchen brigades that ever worked in elBullirestaurante. The Bullinianos website also contains these names, providing a database that will grow over the years as new Bullinianos become involved in writing the story of a dream called elBulli.
It all began with Hans and Marketta Schilling. Their love and commitment to the project made it possible for elBulli to prosper, laying the groundwork for what was to come.
After Hans and Marketta came Juli Soler, Ferran Adrià and Albert Adrià, leading an ever growing generation whose talent and efforts have contributed to the legendary prestige of elBulli in the world of fine-dining restaurants. They are all part of a legacy that is essential for understanding elBulli in its entirety.
Bullinianos comprise all those who formed a part of elBullirestaurante and the projects of the Adrià-Soler galaxy. These include cooks, waiters, sommeliers, bartenders, dishwashers, administrative assistants and purchasing managers.
