Back inside, next to the fireplace, you will find yourself at the site of the original elBulli kitchen. It is full of elBulli history, from 1981 to the ‘Last Waltz’, elBulli’s last service as a restaurant on 30 July 2011.
You can see ‘Marketta’s table’, where the restaurant's founder would wait for her customers to arrive, a custom inherited by Juli Soler. This table eventually became the reception area, an ideal space where all patrons were offered a warm welcome and farewell in gratitude for their visit.
