On 30 July 2011, the last service took place at elBulli as a restaurant. The Bullinianos who had left their mark on the restaurant’s history were brought together for this exception day of celebration.
After a press conference and a family meal, the service was dedicated to 50 guests, friends who had provided elBulli with unconditional support throughout its history.
After the dinner, both the diners and the team were joined by new guests for a party that would be the climax of an unforgettable day, and it became clear that the elBulli spirit would live on.
