The final stop on the tour, before returning to the shop and car park, is the multipurpose space.

It is a designed for the research conducted at elBulli1846 and is organised around different themes for research proposals from multidisciplinary teams.

Investigation, questioning and reflection were always essential throughout elBullirestaurante’s history and continue to form a part of elBullifoundation’s DNA. The different teams work with a holistic view and follow the Sapiens methodology of continuous questioning, connected knowledge, innovation, administration and management, and the fine-dining sector in the general context of gastronomy.

The mission behind all of this is to share the generated knowledge, including with a digital vision.

Research periods are scheduled for the months when the museum is closed to the public. We invite you to take in the atmosphere of this space designed for study as you admire the different projects and labs that have taken place between 2011 and the present.
