Thanks to this brief schematic tour, we are able to envisage the complexity behind each cocktail made, served and sampled during a service, and appreciate that many hours of preparation and effort have been spent beforehand by a team of professionals, each with specific and interconnected responsibilities, and without which it would be impossible to achieve an exquisite result.
