Delivery & Returns
We ship internationally. Delivery costs depend on weight and destination of the item and are automatically calculated.
Orders are processed during the following working day. Orders received at weekends and on public holidays will be processed the following working day. Orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain. Product availability is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that has been delayed, we will notify you by email or by phone. The estimated time of receipt is 5 working days within Spain and requires a signature upon delivery.
Taxes & Customs Duties
The price of items does not include import taxes or customs duties. Orders may be subject to these taxes and duties, which will be charged upon receipt of the package in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of destination.
Returns & Replacements
Our policy allows customers to return or replace items within 15 days of the receipt of the order. To return or replace an item, the customer must contact our customer service by email providing the order number and proof of purchase.
The return of the item has the effect of cancelling the purchase of said item and the customer will be refunded the amount paid to elBullistore.
Delivery costs of the returned items will not be refunded.
To proceed with the refund or replacement the order must meet the following conditions:
- The item must not have been used
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging and labels
- The item must be delivered to our offices within a maximum of 15 days from the date the order was received by the customer.
elBullistore has the right to refuse to accept a returned item if it shows signs of use, fails to include the original labels, displays damage caused by the Client, or if the Client fails to fully comply with the conditions indicated in the Returns and Replacements section of elBullistore.
Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of its receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of the replacement / refund. Replacements will be resent free of shipping costs.
With regard to refunds, once the return has been authorised then your refund will be processed. Your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within as short a period as possible.
Credit card companies vary in the time they take to make refunds and the operation may take up to 7 working days from the day the refund is confirmed by email.
In the event of the supplier’s refusal to accept a product return due to signs of use, the item will remain in the distribution warehouse awaiting collection by the customer for a period not exceeding fifteen days from its date of return.
Any expenses and risks related to the return of the item will be borne by the sender, who must take the necessary measures to ensure that the returned item arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery of damaged or incorrect items.
If elBullistore sends an item other than the one requested, or if the item is damaged or defective, the customer must notify elBullistore within 48 hours, in the manner indicated on the delivery note accompanying the item. elBullistore will assume responsibility for the delivery of the correct item and the collection of mistaken items at no cost to the customer, in the shortest possible time.
If a customer wishes to exchange or return an item, they must follow the instructions specified in the delivery note accompanying the package.
All other queries, comments or disputes relating to an order, payment or delivery must be sent in writing to the following email address: email@example.com
The email must contain the name of the customer, the email address originally used (relating to the item in elBullistore’s records), the order number and the product code that appear in the order confirmation and on the product itself.
