elBulli1846 has carried out various research programs focusing on studies that require the participation of specially recruited multidisciplinary teams.
In each program, the team addresses a “major” research theme, along with other more specific topics which are the responsibility of individual team members. Our research is always carried out within the framework of creation and innovation, and incorporates the systemic thinking that characterises the application of the Sapiens methodology.
