COLLABORATION BETWEEN ELBULLIFOUNDATION AND FUNDACIÓN TÉRVALIS

In 2026, elBullifoundation begins a collaboration with Fundación Térvalis, with the aim of promoting projects related to gastronomy, culture, education and innovation in the province of Teruel.

This partnership stems from a shared belief in the importance of knowledge as a tool for transformation and regional development. Both foundations are joining forces to help position Teruel as a leading cultural and gastronomic destination, highlighting its heritage, local products, traditions and the potential of its agri-food sector.

As part of this collaboration, work is underway to conceptualize a range of initiatives that connect gastronomy, knowledge sharing and education. These include the development of a space dedicated to exploring the region and its gastronomic resources, with particular attention to emblematic products such as black truffles, as well as the creation of educational experiences and activities aimed at both professionals and the general public.

The project also envisages the development of restaurant spaces, training activities and cultural initiatives designed to make gastronomic knowledge accessible to different audiences, create new opportunities for the sector and contribute to the region’s economic and cultural development.

elBullifoundation’s involvement focuses on contributing its expertise in research, conceptual development, innovation and knowledge sharing, applying the principles of the Sapiens methodology to projects that connect different disciplines and promote a comprehensive understanding of gastronomy.
