This pack includes a collection of 8 exclusive postcards, with designs ranging from images of elBulli’s surroundings, drawings made by Ferran Adrià, elBulli art installations, and images featuring vintage memorabilia. Truly a feast for the eyes.

• Bulli-Bar. The Schillings’ entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of a mini-golf course in 1961. Soon they had also built a beachside bar called “Bulli-Bar”.
• elBulli restaurant entrance artwork. The Schillings chose the restaurant name “El Bulli” in recognition of the French bulldogs they kept. “Bully” was the term of endearment that the couple used for their dogs.
• Poster El Bulli Grill-Room. In 1965, following the construction of a kitchen and a terrace, the El Bulli Grill-Room Bar came into existence.
• Drawings by Ferran Adrià. From recreating recipes to creating new dishes: the revolution starts. In 1987 Ferran Adrià began to forge his own creative path, expressing himself with absolute freedom.
• Image of the elBulli1846 skyline at sunset. A centre to safeguard the legacy of elBullirestaurant, a place where you can reflect on innovation and gastronomy.
• Installation dedicated to the bullinianos, all those people who have spent time working at the restaurant, creating a shared outlook.
