In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, dated February 20, on the protection of persons who report violations of the law and the fight against corruption, elBullifoundation, a private foundation, has implemented an internal reporting channel.
The internal reporting channel is the preferential channel for any persons with an employment or professional relationship with the foundation to report on actions or omissions that may constitute a serious, or very serious, criminal or administrative violation.
The operation of this system is outlined in the “internal information system protocol”.
