FERRAN ADRIÀ ILLUSTRATES THE VILA VINITECA CATALOGUE
Ferran Adrià takes part in the 2025 edition of the Vila Viniteca catalogue—one of the leading publications in the field of wine and gastronomy—creating an unprecedented intervention both on the cover and throughout the interior pages.
Through drawing—an essential tool in his creative process—Adrià offers a reflection on food and drink, exploring the origins of cooking and reinterpreting some of elBulli’s iconic dishes.
This collaboration marks the first time a chef has been responsible for the artistic intervention of the catalogue, traditionally carried out by visual artists, and reinforces the long-standing connection between the elBulli universe and Vila Viniteca.
The new Vila Viniteca 2025 catalogue was presented on November 12 at the ESklandestino space in Barcelona.
