The preparations that make up breakfast are divided into several categories, which can have different variations that totally alter the consumer’s experience. The types of breakfast we consume are differentiated according to their function, preparation time and level of complexity; also whether they are eaten at home or in a bar, standing or seated, and whether these variations can change the way we approach the tasting experience.
We will examine and classify the Western breakfast, providing a comprehensive overview for both the restaurateur, and the aficionado who wants to delve deeper into the different rituals.
