Once we have defined the concept of “cocktail bar” and its functioning as a business organization, it is essential to understand the position of the cocktail within this structure.
This is because, although a cocktail bar focuses its offer on cocktails, there are many more elements that make up the offer of such establishments, such as, for example, the rest of the drinks and/or food that can be sampled.
It is also essential to have a clear appreciation of what a bartender is, in what aspects they differ, what their main tasks within the operation of the cocktail bar are, and how all this has a direct link to their personality and their professional culture.
Moreover, at this juncture, we widen our scope and analyse the other professions that play an essential role in creating and performing the experience on offer in a cocktail bar.
