elBullifoundation actively participated in the Catalonia World Region of Gastronomy 2025 project, an initiative aimed at positioning Catalonia as a global reference in the field of gastronomy.

In this context, elBullifoundation, together with Fundació Alícia, was part of the steering committee as a driving partner of the project, contributing to its strategic definition and the development of its main lines of action.

The initiative aimed to highlight the Catalan gastronomic model from a comprehensive perspective, connecting cuisine, product, territory, culture, and innovation, while strengthening its international projection.

Within the framework of this project, Ferran Adrià took part in various meetings and dissemination activities at both national and international levels, notably including his participation in events such as Berlin Food Week, as well as several interventions in Catalonia related to the reflection and promotion of gastronomy.

Catalonia World Region of Gastronomy 2025 was conceived as an opportunity to consolidate the territory’s gastronomic leadership by articulating a network of public and private stakeholders and generating cultural, economic, and social impact.
