Plan Genhesis

In February 2026, Plan Genhesis. The Business Plan for Gastronomic Restaurants was presented, a work conceived to help professionals in the sector understand, plan, and manage their restaurant with greater business rigor, in a context marked by the increasing complexity of the industry.

Developed by elBullifoundation in collaboration with CaixaBank, the book approaches the restaurant not only as a creative project, but also as a business that must be profitable, sustainable, and well managed. Through the Sapiens methodology, it connects all key decisions of the project in a systemic way, from the definition of the culinary offering and business model to financial planning and the management of the restaurant once in operation.

The editorial project is complemented by digital content that includes practical resources such as templates and tools designed for direct application.

The presentation took place on February 12 in Madrid, followed by a second event on February 23 in Barcelona, reinforcing its ambition to impact the entire gastronomic restaurant sector.
