FERRAN ADRIÀ, GASTRONOMIC CURATOR AT MIRAZUR (20TH ANNIVERSARY)
n 2026, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Mirazur*** (Menton), Mauro Colagreco invited Ferran Adrià to take part as gastronomic curator in an unprecedented project in the field of haute cuisine.
For 45 days, the restaurant was transformed into a space for reflection and shared creation, where Ferran Adrià contributed an analytical, creative, and playful interpretation of Mirazur’s evolution, helping to shape the anniversary menu.
In his role as curator—a figure originating from the art world—Adrià worked on the history and structure of the restaurant’s menu, identifying key stages, transformations, and innovation systems, with the aim of synthesizing twenty years of trajectory into a unique gastronomic proposal.
The project developed as a creative dialogue between the teams of Mirazur and elBullifoundation, integrating reflection, research, and culinary practice, resulting in an experience that goes beyond the gastronomic act and enters the realm of culture and knowledge.
The initiative took place from April 1 to May 16, 2026, at Mirazur restaurant in Menton (France).
