Participation in the International Plan for Spanish Gastronomy
elBullifoundation has participated in the reflection and development process of the International Plan for Spanish Gastronomy, promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
This plan represents the first public roadmap aimed at strengthening the international projection of Spanish gastronomy as a cultural, economic and social asset, structuring measures in areas such as education, internationalization, tourism and country branding.
The document has been developed through dialogue with more than 120 professionals and organizations from the gastronomic ecosystem, with the aim of organizing, coordinating and projecting the global leadership of Spanish gastronomy in a structured and sustainable way.
The participation of elBullifoundation is part of its commitment to the strategic development of the sector and to the generation of applied knowledge in gastronomy.
The plan was presented on February 9, 2026, in Madrid, at an institutional event where Ferran Adrià participated as one of the invited experts, sharing his vision on the present and future of Spanish gastronomy.
