Bullipedia is the name given to the multi-format encyclopaedia of the gastronomic restaurant sector created by elBullifoundation. Presently, it is a published collection of more than 20 books, each of approximately 500 pages, that is envisaged to eventually form part of a transversal collection of 50 volumes that will enable a more holistic understanding of this sector.
Gran parte de este proyecto tiene la voluntad de ofrecer un conocimiento transversal y práctico para todos los profesionales que pertenecen al ámbito de la restauración gastronómica: profesionales de sala, profesionales de cocina y personal de gestión o administración.
But it also offers specialised work aimed at professionals pertaining to more specific fields (creatives, managers, sommeliers and bartenders, etc) who need content of a more technical nature.
Our mission is to provide a pathway that others can follow to help realise their personal ambitions.

Bullipedia is structured around our guiding Sapiens methodology. This is a flexible and dynamic research methodology designed to connect knowledge from all relevant fields of study with the objective of gaining a fully holistic understanding of a particular object of study, which in our case is the gastronomic restaurant sector in the West.
“It is not enough just to know an artist’s work. You also have to know when it was made, why, how and under what circumstances. Someday there will probably exist a science – let’s call it ‘the science of humankind’ – which will attempt to inquire more deeply into human beings by way of the creative individual. I often think about this science and I want to leave to posterity as complete a record as possible. That is why I date everything I do”.
