How does food delivery interact with the natural environment? How can we explain the relationship between an activity such as food delivery and the people who have a relationship with it? In what areas of activity can we place the companies involved in its production? This chapter addresses these questions allowing us to understand where food delivery is located, what relationship it has with nature and with human beings, and what the implications are for the activity itself. This chapter also analyses the growth of food delivery and its impact within markets worldwide, and more specifically, within Spain.
