ABOUT COCKTAIL SAPIENS

Cocktail Sapiens is a comprehensive work on the world of cocktails and cocktail making that forms part of Bullipedia. It was carried out with the support of Bacardi Spain and experts such as Javier de Las Muelas and Simone Caporale who have collaborated as curators of the contents.

When complete, this series entitled Cocktails, cocktail making and bartenders will contain four volumes:

  • Volume I: Fundamentals.
  • Volume II: How does a cocktail bar work?
  • Volume III: Resources for cocktail making: Elaborated and unelaborated products.
  • Volume IV: Resources for cocktail making. Non-edible elaborated products: culinary tools.

ABOUT WINE SAPIENS

Wine Sapiens is the most important book series ever made linking the diverse fields of knowledge that constitute the world of wine. An encyclopaedic work in itself, although it also forms part of the whole Bullipedia project. This particular project, led by Ferran Centelles, counts on the unconditional support of Vila Viniteca, Juvé & Camps and numerous wine experts, who have collaborated as curators. The eight volumes that make up this series entitled Wines are:

ABOUT THE CREATIVE AUDIT OF C4Bi

The ‘Creativity for Business Innovation Challenge’ (C4Bi) is a competition between students that highlights the audit of the creative process, a tool developed by Ferran Adrià to evaluate innovation processes. The purpose of this pioneering collaboration between elBullifoundation and Esade is the transfer of this audit technique to creativity and innovation processes within the wider sphere of companies and institutions in the business sector.
